The first floor has a large open floor plan, which includes a well equipped kitchen with dining area. A Media ro om has an adjoining sitting room, tastefully furnished for collectively sharing a movie, playing trivia games or inspiring conversations with your house guests. There is additional sittting room off the dining area on the main floor. The great sun dec k is accesible from the dining area and provides more room for dining, sunbathing, or just putting your grilling skills to the test! The basement features a Queen bedroom, a Full bath, a small den and a kitchenette. Up on the second floor youll find a lovely Master Queen ensuite which boast two showers with a tub. The 2nd floor also has a Queen guest bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a full bath.
