This home is located on 1.1 green acres, completely fenced-in and landscaped for total visual privacy, just steps from the bike path and one mile from Long Point Beach. You will enjoy their 20 X 40 foot pool and relax on their backyard deck.The outdoor shower as a changing area. Inside is a very spacious modern kitchen, that serves as the 'heart' of our home, with white Corian countertops, new appliances (including a refrigerator with an icemaker, a gas stove, dishwasher and microwave) and a center island for plenty of seating.
